I got an e-mail from Steph today saying...
"Just an update- Alaina has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia which is the most common type of leukemia in kids, so that's good because it's treatable and lots of studies have been done on it! She's starting chemo today so a few specific prayer requests:
- that her body will respond well and that all those bad cells will die quickly
- that Alaina will have peace- she's pretty scared and it's hard for her to understand whats happening.

Wow, what an awful thing to go through with your child! I hope she will be all right. :)
Thanks for spreading the word about Alaina- as of today, her blast cells are ZERO! God is good! Love you!
